These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the Kirkiri platform and all its services. By accessing our services through the Kirkiri website, mobile app, or any other channel, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms.

Kirkiri is committed to providing a safe and enjoyable online betting environment for members in Bangladesh. By registering on our platform or using any of our services, you confirm that you are of legal age (18 or above) under applicable Bangladeshi law and have full legal capacity to agree to these terms.

• The mobile number and email provided at registration must be active and belong to you.
• You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential. You must not allow anyone else to access your account.

• Any changes to your account details must be reported to Kirkiri immediately.

Account security:

If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact the Kirkiri support team immediately and we will act promptly. However, Kirkiri will not be liable for any losses resulting from your own negligence.

Before placing any bet on Kirkiri, please read the specific rules for each event carefully. Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed.

General Betting Rules:

• The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are final, unless a system error is proven.
• Bets must be placed before the event starts or within the designated time window.
• Odds in live betting change in real time; the odds at the moment of confirmation apply.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• Kirkiri reserves the right to void or suspend bets in cases of suspicious betting activity.
